Now Hiring: New Worshipping Communities Cultivator (Part-Time) - Job Description
Heartland Presbytery is seeking a relational, creative leader to serve as our NWC Cultivator (15 hrs/week) to support New Worshiping Communities in Heartland Presbytery.
This role includes pastoral care, leadership development, and collaborative work that aligns with our vision for creative ministry, adaptive leadership, and intentional inclusivity. We're looking for someone with experience in 1001 New Worshiping Communities, a commitment to justice, and a passion for innovative expressions of church. Pay: $25–$27/hour, based on experience.
