Presbytery Meetings 2026
There are four stated meetings of the presbytery each year.
The theme for 2026 is Equipping to Empower.
See below for meeting dates and locations. Information and registration will be updated as we get closer to each meeting date. Check back often.
February 21st @ Linwood Area Ministry Place (LAMP) Home of the Heartland Presbytery Offices in Kansas City, missouri

*Parking - The parking lot is off the intersection of Linwood and Woodland Ave. From the parking lot, when facing the building, you will see a sign on the building "Heartland Presbytery". You will enter the building through the doors just beyond the sign.
Meeting Information:
9:30 a.m. - Registration/Check-in/Coffee Fellowship - breakfast treats will be provided
10:00 a.m. - Presbytery Meeting & Worship
12:30pm - Lunch - catered $15 – a variety of sandwiches, chips, fruit, dessert
1:30pm – Post-Meeting Education Event: Advocacy for Immigrant Rights & Reconciliation (Registration for this event is separate - you can register HERE)
June 9th @ Westminster Presbyterian in Ottawa, Kansas

10:00 a.m. - Presbytery Meeting & Worship
Additional details coming regarding a post meeting education event.
September 1st @ Blue Ridge Presbyterian in Raytown, Missouri - Evening Meeting

Because this is an evening meeting there will be a pre-meeting educational event.

November 14th @ Central Presbyterian in Kansas City, Missouri

10:00 a.m. - Presbytery Meeting & Worship - Installation of the 2027 Presbytery Moderator
A cake and punch reception will be held immediately following the meeting.
