"At all Heartland Presbytery sponsored events, youth participants or youth groups must be accompanied by an adult sponsor who will chaperone throughout the event. Adult sponsors are responsible for having current medical and photo release forms for each of their students in attendance. If a student is not to be photographed, it is the responsibility of the adult sponsor to notify the Event Coordinator prior to the event. For groups without a release form, a standard version is available for download on the Presbytery website."  

It is permissible for youth groups/churches without adult chaperones to arrange “sponsor sharing” with other leaders prior to an event.
