INFORMATION FOR MINUTE READINGS
If your minutes are electronic, you must provide a printed version for the minute review.
Please arrive with your checklist already completed so your peer-review partner can double-check your entries instead of starting them from scratch.
Actual minutes must be presented; those who arrive with only the documents referenced in the minutes (contracts, budgets, etc.) will not be judged to have submitted minutes for review.
The pages should be numbered so that your peer review partner can easily locate the references you make in your checklist. Entries like "yes" and "no" will need to be more specific.
