Join us October 7–8 for Queering the Apocalypse, a Theology Beer Camp Pre-Event hosted by Heartland Presbytery at Village Presbyterian Church on Mission Road.
Featuring Dr. Kathryn Threadgill and Dr. Karri Alldredge, this two-day gathering will explore the Book of Revelation through the lenses of inclusion, intersectionality, and hope. Together, participants will engage questions about the new things God is doing in congregations as they navigate uncertain futures. Through presentations, conversation, worship, and shared meals, this event offers an opportunity to deepen theological reflection and imagine faithful ministry for the church today.
Cost: $20 Wednesday evening dinner; $15 Thursday afternoon lunch - meals will be catered; the caterers will do their best to accommodate for allergies and dietary restrictions. If you feel more comfortable you can choose to bring your own brown bag lunch
