Join your colleagues and friends in Heartland Presbytery for a retreat centered on rest and relaxation.
The retreat will be lead by Elder Julie Gvillo, the Founder and Creative Executive Director of A Place of Grace. A Place of Grace is exactly what its name implies ... holy ground for meeting God face to face. A Place of Grace is a spiritual retreat planning ministry and a PC(USA) New Worshiping Community. Julie's mission is to nurture delight, facilitate healing, and inspire prayer in people of all ages and from all walks of life through creative spiritual practices.
With thirteen years of pastoral and Christian Education experience in a ministry setting, her passion for spiritual formation has only grown and expanded. She has been fortunate to share this passion with colleagues in the Association of Presbyterian Church Educators at the Orlando Annual Event (2013), the San Jose Annual Event (2014), and the Regional OASIS Event in Kansas City (2014). She is a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher (2009) and a Certified Zentangle® Teacher (2016).

Check-in begins at 3:30pm; The retreat will conclude after lunch on Tuesday
Where: Marillac Retreat & Spirituality Center (about) - 4200 S 4th St, Leavenworth, KS 66048 (map)
What is included: lodging, workshops, meals & snacks, access to grounds (200 acres - walking paths, a labyrinth, and prayer grotto), and plenty of Rest & Relaxation.
Optional - one-hour massage at an additional cost - $80.00. Please indicate whether you would like to schedule a massage as part of your Rest & Relaxation retreat experience in the registration.
Cost: $150 single occupancy; $100 double occupancy (you must secure your own roommate - please indicate your roommate selection in the registration)
