Join other 6th - 12th grade youth from across Heartland Presbytery for a time of fellowship.

Cost?: Because of the faithful support of Per Capita and Shared Mission giving, Heartland Presbytery's Congregational Ministries Committee is able to provide this event at no cost to participants, investing in the faith, leadership, and ministry of our young people.
What is included?:
Two hours of Topgolf game play and dedicated event ambassadors
Fountain Drinks, Lemonade, and Iced Water*
Snacks: Pretzel Bites, Queso Blanco & Chips, Mac Bites - one order of each, per each bay*
*Any expenses incurred for additional food or specialty drinks will be the responsibility of the individual youth or church.
Registration Deadline: Sunday, August 23rd - Spots are limited. As we seek to be faithful stewards of the funds supporting this event, we ask that you register in advance so we can plan accordingly.
"At all Heartland Presbytery sponsored events, youth participants or youth groups must be accompanied by an adult sponsor who will chaperone throughout the event. Adult sponsors are responsible for having current medical and photo release forms for each of their students in attendance. If a student is not to be photographed, it is the responsibility of the adult sponsor to notify the Event Coordinator prior to the event. For groups without a release form, a standard version is available for download on the Presbytery website." (link below)
It IS permissible for a youth/youth groups/churches without an adult chaperone to arrange “sponsor sharing” with other leaders prior to an event. Contact the presbytery office if you need assistance with "sponsor sharing".
