Presbytery Meeting
January 19, 2021—via Zoom
The January 19, 2021, stated meeting of Heartland Presbytery will take place at 9 a.m. by Zoom video conference. It will be necessary to have a computer or other device with audio and video capabilities to fully participate in this meeting.
Please register in advance. Only those who have registered in advance will receive the link that gives them access to the meeting.
The actual meeting link will be sent to those who have registered, along with notification that the meeting packet has been posted. There will also be an opportunity to practice with Zoom before the meeting. Details can be found on the registration form.
ZOOM UPDATE! Zoom released an update just before Christmas, and everyone needs to make sure they have the latest version before the presbytery meeting or participation may be compromised.
To do so on a phone or tablet: Go to your app store and update your Zoom app from there.
To do so on a computer: Open your Zoom icon, click on the image of your face (or initials) in the upper right hand corner and click on Check for Updates and follow any instructions to install.
Thank you! The changes may also change how we vote at the meetings. We will share more at the start of the meeting.
Pastors and Session Moderators: Please ensure that your commissioners have this information so they can participate in the meeting.
